Senior Electrical Project Manager - Electrical Company - Base Salary to 160k/year - Mobile, AL

• Our client is one of the Gulf Coasts most successful electrical companies. They perform electrical installation for new buildings and civic projects as well as upgrading and expanding systems to meet the growing needs of their clients.
  
• The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee multiple large commercial projects ranging from 2M – 2B.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple large-scale or complex electrical construction projects.
  
• Develop high-level project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
• Review and approve project estimates, proposals, and contracts before submission.
  
• Mentor, guide, and support project managers, assistant PMs, and field supervisors.
  
• Oversee project delivery to ensure adherence to financial targets, timelines, and quality standards.
  
• Establish and enforce company project management processes, best practices, and safety protocols.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, general contractors, engineers, and stakeholders.
  
• Manage escalation of major project challenges, technical issues, and client concerns.
  
• Lead long-range planning for manpower, equipment, and material procurement across projects.
  
• Conduct high-level risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  
• Monitor overall project performance metrics and provide executive-level reporting.
  
• Participate in executive meetings to support business planning, forecasting, and operational decisions.
  
• Support business development by attending pre-bid meetings, reviewing RFPs, and contributing to bid strategy.
  
• Oversee project closeout for major contracts, including financial reconciliation, commissioning, and client turnover.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical contracting experience preferred.
  
• 3+ years of PM experience preferred.
  
• Estimation experience preferred.
  
• Proficiency with industry software: AccuBid, Procore, and Time-S.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 160k/year
