Job Title: Junior Sales Representative – Health Insurance
Location: Birmingham, AL (Onsite, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM + occasional after-hours events
Compensation: $80,000 -$90,000 Base Salary + Commission Opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking 2–3 driven and coachable Junior Sales Representatives to join our Birmingham-based team. In this entry-level role, you will work side-by-side with a senior team member in a hybrid capacity—supporting both sales and administrative functions to help drive revenue and grow client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or professionals with early career experience in structured, fast-paced environments who are ready to build a long-term career in sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with a Senior Sales Executive to support day-to-day sales activities

• Handle administrative sales support functions (quotes, documentation, meeting prep, CRM updates)

• Attend client meetings, conferences, and networking events (minimal travel required)

• Build relationships with prospects and clients through calls, email outreach, and in-person events

• Assist in developing proposals and sales presentations

• Learn and grow into a client-facing sales role with increasing responsibility

• Licensed or willingness to get licensed in Health Insurance within 60 days of hire (we will support this process)

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or administrative support

• Background in structured training or development programs is a plus

• Health insurance or insurance industry experience is not required
