We're Hiring – Litigation Legal Assistant

Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant looking for your next opportunity? Our growing law firm is seeking a motivated professional with 3+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team. Experience supporting Business Services & Commercial Litigation and/or Real Estate matters is a plus.

In this role, you will:

• Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling
• Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents
• Maintain organized case files and litigation records
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in civil litigation (3+ years preferred)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator with excellent computer and organizational skills
• Proactive, dependable, and a collaborative team player
