Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** This role centers on supervising and mentoring an IT team, driving modernization of infrastructure and software deployment processes, and leading key technology migrations (such as from APP-V to Azure Virtual Desktop and SCCM to Intune). Core responsibilities include developing advanced strategies for endpoint management, device imaging, and software distribution, with a focus on leveraging tools like Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot to enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational growth. Looking for a skilled technical specialist with strong communication, initiative, and management abilities. **Location** This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. **The Main Responsibilities** Management Responsibilities + Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, alignment, and professional growth. Ensure team members possess the necessary skills and resources to achieve organizational objectives effectively. + Infrastructure Modernization: Develop and oversee strategies to address aging infrastructure, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies. Lead initiatives to modernize and migrate systems to platforms that bolster organizational scalability and efficiency. + Software Distribution: Strategically enhance software distribution methods using industry-leading tools such as Intune to streamline deployment, management, and monitoring processes. + Platform Migration: Design and manage the transition strategy from legacy APP-V infrastructure to contemporary platforms, such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), ensuring minimal disruption and maximum operational efficiency. + PC Imaging Strategy: Develop and implement advanced PC imaging processes leveraging Autopilot technology to ensure seamless onboarding and device configuration. + SCCM to Intune Migration: Lead the strategic transition from on-premises SCCM systems to Intune, enabling comprehensive device, software, and infrastructure management across the organization. **Core Responsibilities** + Endpoint Management: Direct the management of endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle. Formulate and optimize strategies for PC patching, imaging, and software deployment utilizing tools such as SCCM and Intune. + Software Deployment: Lead efficient deployment, management, and updates of software, including operating systems and applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. + Security Configuration: Collaborate with the security team to establish and enforce robust security protocols that safeguard endpoints against potential threats, including malware, phishing attempts, and system vulnerabilities. + User Experience Management: Ensure a seamless and productive end-user experience by maintaining device performance, addressing application compatibility issues, and resolving endpoint-related challenges swiftly. + Strategic Planning: Create and implement detailed endpoint management strategies that align with organizational IT objectives and broaden business goals Technical Areas of Expertise + Intune: Proficient in utilizing Intune for efficient device management, application deployment, and maintaining compliance with organizational security policies. + Windows Autopilot: Skilled in the implementation and management of Windows Autopilot to optimize device deployment, enrollment, and streamlined operations. + PC Imaging: Expertise in creating, maintaining, and deploying standardized PC images to facilitate rapid device setup and efficient recovery protocols. + Co-management: Strong knowledge of hybrid environments, focusing on integrating co-management solutions using SCCM and Intune for seamless operational efficiency. + Hybrid Environments: Extensive experience managing endpoint devices across both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures. + Reporting and Analytics: Ability to generate actionable insights through detailed reporting and in-depth data analysis. + Strategic Planning: Proven skills in developing and executing endpoint management strategies that align with organizational IT goals and drive business success **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
