As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in leading a dynamic team, developing strategies for growth, and maximizing profitability. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that promotes career growth and personal development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts to optimize operational performance
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Build relationships with guests and address any concerns or feedback
- Organize promotional events and marketing efforts to attract new customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
