Job Summary
Reports to: Restaurant General Manager
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists Restaurant General Manager in interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating Team Members.
2. Trains Team Members in all aspects of restaurant operations.
3. Keeps restaurant clean using the sanitation program.
4. Keeps product quality and customer service as the highest priority.
5. Resolves customer complaints as required.
6. Assists Restaurant Manager with preventive maintenance program.
7. Completes all administrative duties and assigned checklists on the shift.
8. Maintains good team morale through effective communication and positive reinforcement.
9. Maintains restaurant controllable line items.
10. Follows and reinforces company policies, procedures and labor laws.
11. Promotes quest satisfaction and develops a customer friendly environment.
12. Other duties as required or assigned.

This position will require the ability to travel to Wichita, KS for 2 weeks in late July or early August for company paid training at the Freddy's training center.
