Primary Objective:
Assist the facility in areas such as repairs, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, alterations, improvements and protection of all company assets to ensure economical and continuous operations.

Responsibilities:
•Design and Modify HMI Screens (develop and Document Changes
•Modify PLC Programs (develop and document changes)
•Maintain health and reliability of manufacturing network, InSQL Server, HMI computer, and Control Net Network
•Back up PLC programs on a scheduled basis (develop back up schedules, SLC500, Micrologix, PLC5, Control Logix)
•Provide call support to facility on a “as needed basis”
•Maintain plant electrical drawings and documentation
•Create procedures for all related tasks
•Maintain DPC and ensure reliability
•Rotate Plant Call Out Schedule as needed
•Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
•Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies
•Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
•Perform other tasks assigned by management

Experience/Education:

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
•Lift Truck Certification preferred
•Successful completion of all required on the job training
•Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
•Two-year technical degree college or equivalent experience
•Requires 3 or more years of experience in plant maintenance or equivalent experience in a related field
