Residential Maintenance Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Residential Maintenance Technician for a company based in Northport, AL.
Pay Rate
$15 to 18 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Residential Maintenance Technician and Responsibilities
• Repair toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
• Repair and paint cabinets and sheetrock
• Repair wiring, plugs, and switches, install and maintain all alarms.
• Schedule repairs that warrant special technical skills.
• Keep communal areas clean.
Residential Maintenance Technician Qualifications and Requirements
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.
• Electrical or HVAC experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivated.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Available to be on call and work weekends if needed.
