Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering projects from design through execution, ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and successful delivery.
- Review calculations, technical reports, specifications, construction documents, and engineering deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, client communication, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interpret and apply building codes, engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement, innovation, and quality-focused project execution across engineering assignments.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead complex engineering and construction-related projects from planning and design through completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, documentation, technical reviews, and client relationships.
- Provide engineering leadership for commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Review and apply building codes, specifications, calculations, and regulatory standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.
- Professional Engineer license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, residential, or construction-related projects.
- Experience reviewing technical reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ability to interpret building codes, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, leadership, organization, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to mentor engineering staff and serve as a trusted technical resource for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with structural design and analysis.
- Background supporting commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, Enercalc, RAM, or similar engineering software.
- Client-facing engineering project management experience.
- Multi-state engineering project experience.
