Contractor – Hybrid Position
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud GL & FAH Lead to guide the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise with strong leadership abilities and can independently lead client-facing design sessions.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud GL and FAH modules.
- Review, analyze, and redesign Chart of Accounts (COA) structures to meet business needs.
- Facilitate design workshops and lead discussions with client stakeholders and finance teams.
- Translate business requirements into functional design documentation and configuration specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration and successful solution delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on Oracle best practices, configuration options, and process enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud GL and FAH.
- Proven expertise in COA redesign, configuration, and financial reporting structures.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes within Oracle Cloud.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to independently lead client-facing sessions.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to Montgomery, AL.
