Job Overview:
The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy, implement treatment plans, and assist with documentation. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and dedicated to helping students improve communication skills in a school setting.

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Alabama SLPA license

• School-based experience preferred

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Duties:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision

• Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Record session data and maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
