Industry:
Automotive B2B Sales – Tier 1–2 OEM Business Development
Target Customer:
Tier 1–2 OEM companies in the automotive sector
Min Years Experience:
5+ years experience in B2B sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with Tier 1–2 OEM automotive companies
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact within assigned territory
- Travel to meet customers and negotiate sales contracts
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers
- Prepare and analyze client reports for management
- Recommend marketing strategies by region/demographic
- Attend industry trade shows to generate leads
- Follow industry trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Resolve customer requests and service issues
Certifications:
Certified Professional Salesperson (acceptable alternative to degree)
Education Level:
Four-year degree in business management, business administration, or related field
OR
Non-degree credential such as Certified Professional Salesperson
OR
5+ years of sales-related experience
Tools Experience:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Word processing software
- Spreadsheet software
- Presentation software
Shift Requirements:
Standard business hours with travel for:
- Trade shows
- Client meetings
- Product demonstrations
Focus:
Ability to analyze reports and identify growth areas
Teamwork:
Coordinate and transmit information to company management
Communication:
Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
