Itta Bena Dishwasher
- Summary/Objective:
The dishwasher position mainly involves organizing, stocking, and restocking displays and shelves with various product, as well as ensuring quality and proper presentation of food orders in a timely manner.

- Keep displays and display cases well stocked along with maintaining stock levels of all items both behind the register area and the dining area
- Prep/ portion sauces and other items as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room area at all times to include condiment shelves, wiping tables, taking out trash, and sweeping and mopping floors
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
- Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
- Listen and communicate effectively with FOH and BOH employees
- Report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
- Complete Opening and Closing duties

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This job operates in a restaurant setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns. Frequent hand washing and glove wearing is required.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop or kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This position regularly requires long hours along with frequent evening and weekend work including holidays.
Travel No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- Prior experience in a related food service position.
Preferred Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years of kitchen related experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must maintain applicable state health certification.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must provide valid identification in order to complete I9 E-Verification
- Tribal Gaming Badge required for AL units to be paid for by the employee
