Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Deliver Individualized Therapy: Conduct engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions virtually for K12 students, both one-on-one and in small groups.

• plete prehensive Assessments: Perform evaluations to identify speech, language, and munication needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices.

• Develop and Implement IEPs: Create personalized goals and intervention plans based on each students strengths and needs, in pliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Collaborate for Student Success: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student growth.

• Document and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and updates for IEP meetings and pliance requirements.

• Participate in Virtual IEP Meetings: Share professional insights and contribute strategies to help students achieve their munication goals.

• Engage with Technology: Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital resources to deliver interactive, effective therapy experiences.
  

  Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP)

• Preferred: At least two years of experience in school-based settings

• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Excellent munication skills with a collaborative, student-centered approach

  Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Desktop or laptop puter (tablets and Chromebooks not supported)

• Ability to pass a brief tech screening to ensure patibility with our platform
