Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the condition of structural elements including columns, foundations, and superstructures.

• Identify evidence of wear, damage, or deterioration.

• Provide structural input to the comprehensive Building Engineering Report.

• Coordinate with engineers across disciplines.

• Adhere to ASTM E2018-08 standards.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of structural engineering or building assessment experience.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and load-bearing systems.
• Excellent documentation and photographic recording capabilities.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required

Compensation & Benefits
