Creature is a fully integrated design, manufacture, construct (DMC) firm located in Birmingham, AL. DMC replaces the century-old siloed approach of the AEC Industry. DMC uses design to leverage manufacturing productivity so that construction is simple. We self perform almost all of the work in the field. Our system is significantly more economical, faster, and much better for people running the system.

Creature needs agroup of HVAC Technicians who are looking for a chance to deploy their craft excellently. The ideal person for this role would be someone who is conscientious, motivated, enjoys solving a problem, and is accomplishment driven. The position requires installation of metal duct work on various commercial and industrial projects. As a Lead Mechanic, we require an individual who can read drawings, understand mechanical code, and work independently to complete jobs successfully. This person must understand and embrace our values:
