Bucks Bama Blitz is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Retail Sales Associates specializing in live events and promotional sales campaigns.

This is a face-to-face sales position where you'll represent nationally recognized brands at retail locations, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Birmingham area. If you enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for your performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll engage directly with customers, educate them about products and services, generate sales, and help create memorable customer experiences. You'll receive hands-on training in sales techniques, customer acquisition, communication, and leadership development.

No previous sales experience is required—we provide all the training needed for success.

• Representing clients and brands at retail events and promotional campaigns
• Engaging with customers face-to-face in high-traffic retail environments
• Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
