We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Sales Assistant to join our high-energy team. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training and coaching, gaining the skills necessary to grow into an executive leadership position. You will have the chance to work with high-profile, billionaire clients who are expanding into new markets!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sales Leadership Development : Learn the ropes of sales leadership as you shadow experienced sales directors and gain real-world experience in managing client relationships, closing deals, and driving sales growth.
• Client Engagement : Represent our company in face-to-face sales locations with customers, building relationships and driving brand awareness through live promotional events.
• Negotiation & Persuasion : Hone your skills in negotiating deals and persuading customers to take action, helping them expand into new markets while securing valuable business for the company.
• Team Collaboration : Work with a team of passionate and supportive individuals, learning the ins and outs of sales and leadership through mentorship and coaching.
• Progression into Executive Roles : As an entry-level director in training, you’ll have a clear path to advance into executive leadership positions based on performance and dedication.
