- CAB/ECCB facilitation experience
- Risk and impact analysis
- Multi-vendor coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Preferred Skills
Project scheduling (MS Project) for complex RFCs
- Experience facilitating design sessions post-CAB approval
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders
