We are actively onboarding entry-level trainees and experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery fleet operating out of Opelika, Alabama. Run predictable regional loops with zero physical unloading and clear earnings potential based on your schedule.

• 5-Day Work Schedule: Earn $800 to $1,200 gross per week
• 6-Day Work Schedule: Earn $1,300 to $1,550 gross per week
• Projected Annual Scale: $41,600 up to $80,600 per year (depending on 5-day or 6-day schedule choice)
• Stop Pay Incentives:
  • 5-Day Drivers: $10.00 flat rate across all stops
  • 6-Day Drivers: $10.00 for the 1st stop, scaling to $15.00 for all subsequent stops
• Short-Haul Premium: $40.00 flat pay for any short-haul leg under 51 miles
• Weekly Distance: 1,200 to 1,800 miles per week

• Home Time Expectation: 100% Home Daily.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (mix of live loads, live unloads, and drop-and-hook transfers).
• Regional Route Footprint: Dedicated store delivery loops running to Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia.
• Shift Cadence: Flexible openings across both Day and Night dispatches.
• Operational Conditions: Slip-seating required; weekend and holiday dispatches are standard to keep freight moving.

• Experience Tiers: Open to CDL-A Trainees (0 months experience) and First Seat experienced solo drivers. (Teams and Owner-Operators closed) .
• Hiring Radius: Must live within 40 miles of Opelika, Alabama (Zip Code: 36801), covering eligible drivers in Alabama and Georgia.
• Licensing Standards: Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no specialized endorsements required).
• Screening Standards: Clean driving record; must pass pre-employment DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
