Compensation - Fuel your financial freedom
• Gross dealer concession (GDC) payouts. You’ll be paid a percentage of the GDC for brokerage, advisory, Trust Company, third-party direct business, and more.
Commission:
• Whenever you sell an insurance or annuity product, you’ll receive commission. First-year commission is a percentage of the client’s first-year premium.
Allowances and bonuses • You can also receive allowances and bonuses based on your growth, awarded at the discretion of your general agent.
Renewal commission • In addition to regular commission, you’ll receive commission on any premiums earned in the years that follow the client’s first-year policy.

• If you’re a new financial professional, it may take time to build your business. That’s why we offer subsidies alongside regular commission.

Responsibilities:
• Customize financial plans for each client, taking into consideration potential life changes and evolving financial needs
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree
• The selected candidate must achieve a Life & Health Insurance license, Series 7, and Series 66 within 12 months
• Familiarity with the financial industry, financial products, and best practices
• Applicants must possess either U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card and reside in the United States About Company:
