Overview
We are hiring a General Operations Associate to support day-to-day business functions and help ensure smooth operations across teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational tasks across multiple departments
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Track progress on projects and report updates to leadership
- Support onboarding and training logistics for new team members
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
