Posting Summary:Mission Multiplier is looking for a Quality Control Manager to support work for the U.S. Army. This position is contingent upon award of contract.Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and standards.Monitor program and project activities to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.Conduct quality inspections, reviews, and assessments to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement.Review work products, deliverables, documentation, and processes for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Identify, document, and track quality issues, nonconformances, and corrective actions through resolution.Coordinate with program management and functional teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements.Maintain quality records, reports, metrics, and supporting documentation.Support internal audits, customer reviews, inspections, and other quality-related assessments.Analyze quality trends and performance data and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Provide guidance and training to personnel regarding quality requirements, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of quality control experience, including 5 years as a Quality Control Manager.B.S. degree in Engineering or related field, from an accredited university or college.Currently possesses, or has the ability to obtain and maintain, a U.S. DoD Secret clearance.Additional Details:NoneABOUT MISSION MULTIPLIERMission Multiplier is a certified small business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama.
