We are seeking a Federal Construction Project Manager to join our team in Birmingham, AL. Looking for someone with 7-20 years of experience including Federal experience. Pay dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- Contribute to Preconstruction, estimating and bidding efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- OSHA 30
