Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week stretches may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their trucks and trailers home, ensuring secured parking is the driver's responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, which minimizes dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, mostly involving automotive loads for streamlined operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on the hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. With consistent freight lanes, reliable mileage and earning opportunities are assured.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
