Roofers
We are seeking skilled and dependable Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you'll be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials, including asphalt, metal, rubber, and environmentally-friendly systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofing structures and identify issues such as leaks or damage.
- Ensure all roofing work is completed according to industry standards and local building codes.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment, ensuring they are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members and other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification or apprenticeship in roofing or a related field.
