Head of Brands - New Markets
- Developing and executing market entry and expansion strategies across brand, portfolio, pricing, and positioning.
- Applying local consumer, trade, and competitive insights to tailor market approaches.
- Creating growth plans with integrated financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Collaborating with sales and distribution teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
- Leading brand investments, media planning, and in-market activations.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging while adapting to local market needs.
- Monitoring KPIs and using insights to refine strategies and support expansion.
- Aligning brand initiatives with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.
- Building strong external partnerships and acting as a brand ambassador across markets.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies, including market entry and expansion (ideally in FMCG industry).
- Experience in multi-channel marketing, including digital, trade marketing, and in-market activations.
- Hands-on experience in launching brands in new markets, particularly in CEE or other international regions.
- Strong commercial acumen, including trade, customer, and sales channel understanding, supported by data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, coordinating effectively with internal teams (Sales, Digital, Product Management) and external partners (media and activation agencies, distributors, etc.).
- High willingness to travel internationally (depending on business needs).
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience as a Team Leader.
- English C1, other European languages nice to have.
- University degree in Business/Economics/Marketing or Trade & Commercial Management.
