Play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing quality programs for production, supplier quality, and environmental initiatives. You'll ensure new and current products meet quality standards while working across departments to drive continuous improvement and maintain positive employee relations.
Requirements: 🎓
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Science or equivalent
✅ 2+ years in quality engineering within manufacturing
✅ Experience with FMEA and quality improvement tools
✅ Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
✅ Knowledge of quality systems and standards
✅ Proficient in MS Office Suite
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Willingness for occasional travel
