Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students in grades K12 during the 20262027 school year. Situated in Harvest, AL, this role provides the chance to support pediatric populations in an educational setting, focusing on early childhood through elementary school students with a range of speech and language needs.

The caseload will vary based on your experience and preferences and includes students with moderate to profound needs. Both local and travel candidates are encouraged to apply, allowing flexibility in location and work style.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric settings
• Expertise working with early childhood and elementary-aged children
• Strong ability to assess and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Experience serving students with varied caseloads, from moderate to profound needs
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students K12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development
