Position: RN-Pediatrics (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Pediatrics for a 13-week contract in Dothan, Alabama — earn up to ($1693 - $1782 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Assist in emergency situations and perform life-saving procedures when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for effective communication.
Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve personal performance.
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
Evaluate and improve nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Alabama and pediatric nursing certification.
Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience in a hospital setting.
Strong communication skills for patient and family education.
Proven track record of achieving targets and improving patient outcomes.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Strong analytical skills to utilize data for performance improvement.
