Reconstruction Estimator

Responsibilities:
The estimator will use multiple software such as Xactimate and Symbility to sketch and type up property claims

Duties:

● Sketch and type up various estimates in a timely manner

● Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate revisions

● Provide detailed updates and notes per claim

● Daily communication with Estimator and Project Management Staff

Qualifications Required:

• Xactimate/ Symbility Estimating Software required
• Experience in Microsoft applications
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized & flexible
• Detailed-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team player

Highly Preferred:

● Background in construction

Pay Scale based upon estimating experience.
