Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role involves providing speech therapy services across two elementary sites in Madison, AL, with a focus on school-based therapy practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy to students in an educational setting
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conducting assessments and monitoring student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Supporting students communication development in alignment with academic goals
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid State SLP Licensure
- Prior experience in school settings preferred and strong understanding of school-based speech therapy practices
- Ability to manage caseload effectively and work collaboratively within the school environment
