Responsibilities
Re-set dishwasher for dinner service
Assists in prep as needed
Cleans as you go to ensure all prep is done in a clean safe environment.
Has all prepped items checked and verified correct by KM or KM supervisor.
Uses Recipe book for all recipes made.
Cleans area after each prep item.
Does any additional project or task asked of by KM or KM Supervisor
Wash all dishes as needed
Takes all backups to line or service area when needed with urgency.
Keeps floor in prep area and surrounding areas clean and dry.
Replaces all backups as they are called to line.
Communicates with line on any other potential needs
Assist in cleaning the entire kitchen which includes, walls, knives, counters, legs and under any shelving.
Sweeps and mops kitchen
Empty all trash cans and run to the dumpster
Rinse all trash cans and set to dry overnight
Does any additional project or task asked of by KM or KM Supervisor
Retrieves from dish area, all measuring cups, spoons, and rubber spatulas and places them in proper container In prep area
Removes all prep mats and cleans them on back dock according to procedures.
