Leasing Specialist (Orange Beach)
Dream Live Prosper Communities is now hiring for an energetic and experienced Leasing Specialist for our Prosper Orange Beach rental community. The Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our community by driving leasing activity, selling our world class apartment homes, marketing the community and providing wow customer service.
This is a forward facing role that will interact with both residents and guests. The right candidate will be a motivated and outgoing professional with a proven track record in leasing, sales or other related field.

About this opportunity:
Location: Prosper Orange Beach, 6870 Foley Beach Express, Orange Beach, AL 36561
Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour plus an aggressive commission and incentive program
Position type: Full-time
What we are looking for in a Leasing Specialist Candidate:
- A strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management is preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong outreach and social media marketing background
- Experience conducting accurate market surveys by conducting in-person shops on a regular basis
- A sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members
- Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Organizing and coordinating resident events monthly
What you will do as a Leasing Specialist:
- Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process
- Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion
- Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic
- Conduct leasing tours using DLP's Standards of Excellence and close with confidence
- Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques
- Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience
- Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals
- Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork
- Communicate consistently with the Community Manager, leadership, and teammates
- Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively
