Overview:
We are seeking a relationship-driven Client Relations Associate to support customer engagement and ensure a positive client experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, maintaining long-term relationships, and representing a brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and support
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide product or service information clearly and confidently
Assist in resolving client concerns efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
