McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Automotive Technician to join our team in Pell City, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires CDJR Certification to ensure expertise in servicing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide status updates and estimate repair times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of all services performed.
- Continuously update technical skills and knowledge related to CDJR vehicles and systems.
- CDJR Certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
