Restorative Nurse ( RN )
$15k Sign-On Bonus
Lineville Health & Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Restorative Nurse . In this role, you will help residents maintain and improve their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being through individualized restorative nursing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee restorative nursing programs for assigned residents.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapy services, physicians, residents, and families to develop and implement restorative care plans.
- Participate in the MDS/RAI process and interdisciplinary care planning.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Initiate therapy referrals and serve as a liaison between the nursing and therapy departments.
- Ensure restorative services are delivered in accordance with physician orders, resident goals, and facility policies.
- Educate residents and families regarding restorative care programs and goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all federal and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Knowledge of restorative nursing principles and long-term care practices preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care.
