**Job Summary: **
The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner, supporting the culinary team in delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities: **
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a designated area.
- Operate dishwashing machines and maintain proper sanitation levels by following hygiene protocols.
- Ensure that all dishware is stored properly and organized according to kitchen standards.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established guidelines.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies consistently to ensure food safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

**Qualifications: **
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow instruction and adhere to safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements: **
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as necessary.
