Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service, use strong communication skills, and be part of a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and guided by integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related concerns in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, noting and reporting security-related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support established visitor, contractor, and/or delivery protocols.
• Document daily activities, patrol findings, and incident details accurately, and assist with emergency response activities according to site instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
