**SYSTEMS ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED AVIONICS OPPORTUNITIES FOR A TOP AEROSPACE & DEFENSE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to support and participate in the Quality Management System, while playing a key role in integrating advanced avionics suites for various aircraft. The position involves working within a systems integration laboratory environment, contributing to an engineering team focused on avionics systems integration. Responsibilities + Support and participate in the Quality Management System. + Integrate suites of advanced avionics for various aircraft. + Participate as part of the engineering team on avionics systems integration. + Oversee or perform troubleshooting of avionics components and harnesses in laboratory or hangar environments. + Complete all tasks as assigned by the Engineering Director. JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. + Expert knowledge in establishing, tracking, and maintaining requirements. + Ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Effective time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. + Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. + Prior experience in aviation company. + Experience using DOORs for requirements management. + Ideally 4-9 years' experience across 2+ companies. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
