Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the residential and commercial plumbing department
• Diagnose and repair advanced plumbing issues including leaks, pipe failures, sewer, and storm drain systems
• Perform high‑level plumbing installations: water heaters, fixtures, piping systems, pumps, and filtration equipment
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers—explaining diagnoses, repair options, and system improvements
• Recommend value‑added solutions and earn commission on approved services
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and generator teams on multi‑trade projects
• Mentor and develop junior plumbers and apprentices
• Help shape processes, standards, and best practices as the department grows

What We’re Looking For

• Active Master Plumber License
• 8+ years of professional plumbing experience
• Leadership mindset with interest in building and guiding a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and installation methods
• Experience with trenchless sewer repair, advanced leak detection, or modern plumbing technologies preferred
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, bend, climb, kneel, and perform manual tasks safely
