We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern for a 3-month temporary internship to support our team's core recruiting efforts in the DoD space. During this internship you will work closely with our recruiting team, learning how the recruiting process works, how it fuels business growth, and how we play a key role in supporting critical defense programs in Huntsville, AL.

What You'll Learn & Do:

• Assist in researching, sourcing, and identifying qualified candidates for Summit TRC technical roles
• Use professional tools, databases, and strategies to ensure we are connecting with the best technical professionals in the Huntsville market
• Maintain candidate tracking and help build talent pipelines
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices
• Support the recruiting team with day-to-day tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently in junior or senior year of a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Human Resources, Communications)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using online research tools such as LinkedIn
• Proactive with a willingness to learn and ask questions
