Office Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Computer and phone operation
• Data entry and tracking
• Physical and digital document filing
• Email correspondence
• Client phone calls including, scheduling and collections
• Order and maintain office inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Office Assistant Qualifications:

• Ability to operate standard office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
• Basic data entry and computer literacy
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a small office setting
• 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience (preferred)
• Associate degree or coursework in business administration is a plus

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
