Restoration Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:30pm )

• Travel with the crew to disaster recovery sites and assist with property clean-up, debris removal, and demolition.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, loading materials, site preparation, and basic restoration tasks.
• Follow strict safety procedures and wear required protective equipment on all job sites.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and meet urgent recovery needs.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, and weekends when emergency restoration situations arise.

Restoration Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office; steel-toe boots are required for all job sites.
• Availability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends on short notice as emergency restoration needs arise.
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, demolition, material handling, or similar hands-on work is preferred; welding or steel-related experience is a plus.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
