Job Description
- Procurement Coordination
- Manage the full procurement life cycle from initial request through to purchase order closure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment.
- Communicate procurement timelines to project leads to maintain transparency and alignment with project schedules.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for expense management in Concur, overseeing credit card processes and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on expense reporting and reconciliation.
- Administrative Support
- Independently manage small projects from initiation to completion, ensuring proper planning, execution, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead project closure activities by completing all documentation and finalizing procurement tasks for approval.
- Serve as a reliable backup for colleagues during absences or peak periods to maintain seamless operations.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Facilitate communication between departments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Operation Management
- Track projects against finance budgets and provide decision support.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to corporate standards.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Tools).
- Knowledge of finance systems (SAP) and ability to learn in-house software (Time Tracker, Manage, SmartBuy, FrontDoor).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Associate’s degree in engineering technology, business administration, project management, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug screening .
- Shift: 08 :00 AM
- Previous experience in project administration, procurement, or related role is advantageous.
- Primarily office-based role, with potential for remote work depending on organizational policies.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary : $17.00 to $25.91 per hour based on qualifications.
