Sales & Service Technician

Ox Foundation Solutions is looking to add a Sales & Service Technician to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers by ensuring the optimal performance of their systems, identifying potential issues, and offering solutions to enhance their experience. This role will also assist with various operational tasks to support our production processes.

What you’ll do:

• Inspect and evaluate the overall condition of customers’ homes during visits, identifying potential issues or areas of concern.
• Prepare and deliver same-day quotes for additional services identified during appointments.
• Manage and maintain a weekly schedule, ensuring timely and organized execution of responsibilities.
• Address warranty-related issues or concerns by meeting with customers, conducting assessments, and offering effective solutions.
• Perform on-site repairs or services whenever feasible to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Develop and present detailed repair plans for warranty-covered issues.
• Provide customers with proposals for new services or work not covered under their warranty when applicable.
• Actively participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss updates, goals, and improvements.

What you’ll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in system maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with inventory management and shop operations is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
