As a Design Consultant , what will your responsibilities be?

• Deliver professional, consultative presentations using Bath Fitter's proven tools and techniques.

• Own pre-qualified leads and appointments, and generate your own leads for higher commissions.

• Build relationships with customers from first appointment to post-installation, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Accurately measure and assess tubs, shower bases, and walls using Bath Fitter's tools and techniques
• Maintain displays and presentation materials to ensure a clean, professional appearance.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

• In-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus!).
• Proven ability to close sales in a one-call environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable taking measurements and performing basic math.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
