Job Title: Forklift Driver (Fabrication Shop)
Pay: $20-$23 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our fabrication shop team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of a metal fabrication environment and can safely move materials while supporting production.

As a Forklift Driver in our fab shop, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and large steel components throughout the facility. You will play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and safely.

• Operate forklifts to move steel, parts, and fabricated materials

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

• Supply welders and fabricators with materials as needed

• Organize and maintain inventory in the shop and yard

• Assist with staging jobs and preparing materials for production

• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic maintenance

• Follow all safety procedures and shop protocols

• Previous forklift experience required

• Experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing shop strongly preferred

• Ability to handle heavy, oversized materials (steel plates, beams, etc.)

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
