Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montgomery, AL
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18-$19/hr
- Handle a high-volume of phone calls.
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding debt.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
- Assist with questions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Update account status and database regularly.
