Patient Communication Coordinator
- Assist patients and referring dental offices with scheduling clinical procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer a high volume of calls promptly, projecting a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with every interaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of scheduling, insurance, and billing processes relevant to dental offices.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate reliability, organization, and strong time management skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational needs.
- 1+ year of dental office experience preferred but not required.
- 1+ year of customer-focused experience.
- 1+ year of call center or high-volume phone experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
